The Grand Factory
A complex construction based Team Building exercise where in team members are broken up into 8 sub-teams and each team has to create 1 of 8 machines that have to work in tandem to achieve a particular end result.

All 8 sections are built separately and have to be linked with such precision that the output one machine becomes the input of the other in an effortless manner.

A game that test the team on excellence through team work, demonstrating a collaborative style of working being Goal Vs Task oriented.
