Rope course elements are typically divided into 2 categories; High Elements that are done between 20- 40 feet off the ground (Typically individual challenges) and Low elements that are done 2- 4 feet off the ground (Typically team building group activities-). These elements are the formations that are created with ropes that individuals and teams have to successfully navigate.
