Appropriate Timing for Behavioral Training

No organization can deny the significance of Behavioral training and development for Talent management. However, the appropriate timing for such trainings is not necessarily always when people join On Board, or become managers or when struck with some strategic need to build some competency. Sooner the people start working on their people skills, the better it is since behavioral patterns need time to develop. On this premise, our ‘SHIFT’ program enabled the management students of BML Munjal University, Gurguram to look at some key team behaviors through different interesting experiences. Students enjoyed the games and reflected upon the behaviors they need to build upon to be successful in their journey ahead. It would help them prepare and practice the behaviors needed for ‘The Shift’ from College to Organization culture.
