Outbound Team Building Activity for Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company

Patrick Lencioni in his book “Five dysfunctions of a team” talks about “Trust” being the foundation of any team. If a team has a strong foundation, they will be open to get into a positive conflict of ideas which will bring in strong accountability and commitment towards results.
The sales team of Vazir Sultan Tobacco Company went through an intense two days outbound program in Ranthambore where they not only understood these key elements of creating a great team but also brainstormed and created actions plans on behaviours that need to be demonstrated to build trust and other aspects of forming great teams.
The team was involved physically, cerebrally and emotionally into these activities and at the end of the program have gone back with the clear understanding that knowledge will only become powerful when it gets applied and demonstrated in our actions.
